You’re Not Broken:

Reclaiming Confidence and Compassion in Neurodivergent Motherhood

Save My Seat

You were never meant to do this alone. And you were never broken to begin with.

There comes a point in every mother’s journey where you start to wonder: Is it me? Am I doing something wrong?

Between appointments, school meetings, and late-night research, you can lose sight of yourself. Especially when your child’s world doesn’t fit what society expects.

But what if the problem isn’t you at all?

You’re not broken — you’re evolving.

This workshop is for you if…

  • You Feel Far From Yourself

You’re parenting a neurodivergent child and somewhere along the way, you went missing.

  • Guilt Is Loud

“Not strong enough, not positive enough” plays on repeat.

  • You Want Your Confidence Back

You’re ready to trust your instincts again.

  • You Want A Kind, Practical Hour

    Realistic tools, not more homework.

Ready to stop feeling like you’re failing — and start feeling like yourself again?

Reclaim your confidence, compassion, and calm — one gentle hour at a time.

In this live 60-minute workshop, you’ll unravel the guilt, pressure, and self-doubt that have been quietly eroding your confidence — and discover why you were never the problem to begin with.

Through stories, reflection, and small but powerful mindset shifts, you’ll learn how to meet yourself with the same compassion you give your child.

You’ll walk away feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected to the woman within the mother — reminded that you were never broken, just becoming.

What we’ll cover

  • Why impossible standards make us feel like failures — and how to step off that treadmill.

  • How identity evolves (again and again) for autism mums — and why that’s normal.

  • Moving from self-doubt to self-trust with simple, repeatable practices.

  • Tiny, doable ways to care for yourself when life is heavy.

  • Guided prompts to help you hear your own voice again.

Meet Your Host

Hi, I’m Kirsten Killoran — Matrescence Coach, and mum to a wonderfully neurodivergent family. I’ve walked the road you’re on — the one that’s both beautiful and brutal, where love and exhaustion coexist, and where you sometimes forget who you used to be.

Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of mothers through the identity shifts that come with motherhood, and I’ve learned that what we most need isn’t fixing, but understanding. My work combines matrescence theory, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and compassionate coaching to help mums untangle the guilt and rediscover their own worth.

If you’ve ever looked around and thought “I should be coping better than this,” please know you’re in exactly the right place.

This workshop isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming home to yourself in the motherhood you didn’t expect, but deeply love.
