Fi(ND)ing Motherhood Weekly Support Group

You’re not broken. You’re carrying too much.

** COMING SEPTEMBER 26TH, 2025 **

Who is this group for?

This circle is just for mothers of autistic children.
You don’t need to be coping well. You don’t need to prepare anything.
You just need to come as you are. All emotions are welcome here.

What Happens in the Group?

🌀 A Weekly Theme
We open with a soft focus — something to ground us.
Themes might explore identity, overwhelm, hidden grief, small joys, resilience, or just the simple question: how are you, really?

💬 Time to Share — or Simply Listen
You’re welcome to speak, to cry, to stay quiet.
There’s never any pressure. You can come just to sit in the company of others who get it.

🧘‍♀️ Gentle Reflections or Guided Meditations
We might close our eyes and breathe together.
We might journal, visualise, or just sit in shared stillness. This part shifts week to week — always optional, always gentle.

🍵 Tea, Snacks, and Soft Spaces
There’s a kettle on. Biscuits within reach. Cushions to sink into.
Because comfort matters — and mums are so often the last to receive it.

🫶 A Safe and Confidential Circle
Everything shared here stays here.
This is a non-judgemental space rooted in kindness, trust, and mutual respect. We honour each other’s stories — and each other’s silence.
