What coaching is (with me):
A gentle, practical space to steady your nervous system, make sense of what’s hard, and choose what matters next. It’s future-focused and collaborative. We’ll work with your lived reality (waitlists, school meetings, services, family load) and build tiny, doable steps you can actually keep.

How sessions feel:

  • Pacing is gentle; regulation first. Cameras optional. Movement/fidgets welcome.

  • We’ll name what’s happening (without blame), map your values, and choose one small next step.

  • You’ll leave with a simple recap, micro-wins to notice, and (if helpful) a script or email draft

What coaching is not:

  • Not therapy or crisis care. We don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

  • We won’t push “fixes” or compliance. This is neurodiversity-affirming and consent-based.

  • If trauma processing or medical treatment is needed, I’ll signpost appropriate supports.

    Clarity - €75

    A one-off 60-minute session to help you untangle a specific challenge and move forward with greater clarity. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in grief, or struggling with advocacy burnout, this space is yours.

    💡 Best for: A focused deep dive when you need immediate support or a shift in perspective.

    Reset - €210

    Three personalised sessions to help you process your current season of motherhood. We'll explore what's weighing on you, strengthen your internal resources, and gently reset your nervous system and mindset.

    💡 Best for: Navigating a specific transition—like diagnosis, returning to work, or reclaiming time for yourself.

    Reclaim - €390

    For deeper, longer-term support. These sessions (6) are about reclaiming your identity, building self-trust, and softening the pressure to do it all. We’ll work together to help you feel more like you, even in the chaos.

    💡 Best for: Mums ready to explore their needs, values, and voice beyond the daily demands.

    📌 Bonus: Includes a guided reflection journal to support you between sessions.

    Rooted - €720

    Ongoing, anchored support (12 sessions) for the mothers who carry more. With regular check-ins, emotional grounding, and tools to sustain your wellbeing, this package offers space to grow into motherhood on your terms.

    💡 Best for: Mums seeking consistent support while navigating the long-term realities of parenting a neurodivergent or disabled child.

    📌 Bonus: Includes a personalised check-in between sessions + priority booking access.

Sessions are 60 minutes via Zoom (in-person options available in Wicklow and surrounds).

  • Flexible scheduling: weekly or fortnightly.

  • Payment plans available for 6- and 12-session packages.
