For the journey you didn’t expect, but deeply love…

Support, clarity, and connection for mothers raising neurodivergent or disabled children — and rediscovering themselves in the process.

What is Fi(ND)ing Motherhood?

Motherhood isn’t what you expected. You love your child, but the journey feels heavier, lonelier, and more complex than anyone prepared you for. The world offers advice that doesn’t fit your reality, leaving you to carry the weight of advocacy, exhaustion, and self-doubt.

I see you. I am you.

I’m Kirsten, founder of Fi(ND)ing Motherhood—a space for mothers of neurodivergent and disabled children to feel supported, understood, and seen. Through 1:1 coaching and support circles, I help you process the invisible load, make sense of your emotions without guilt, and reconnect with yourself beyond the roles of carer and advocate.

You don’t have to do this alone. Here, we honour both the struggles and the beauty of this journey—because you deserve to find yourself in motherhood.

How Can I Help?

Supports tailored to your journey

1:1 Coaching

Personalised support to help you navigate the emotional shifts of motherhood.

Whether you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or simply craving space to breathe, these sessions are tailored to help you reconnect with yourself. Together, we explore your identity, challenges, and hopes – with compassion, not judgement.

Group Coaching

Motherhood isn’t meant to be walked alone.

Through small, supportive group coaching programmes, I offer spaces for mothers—especially those raising neurodivergent or disabled children—to explore their identity, grief, resilience, and joy.

Whether you’re just beginning to find your footing or ready to reclaim your life with intention, there’s a place for you here.

Talks & Trainings

Tailored events for those supporting families of neurodivergent children.

I offer compassionate, evidence-informed presentations for teams such as disability services, parenting organisations, and healthcare providers. Each session equips professionals with insights into the emotional realities of motherhood and the needs of the families they serve.
